2. Eligibility

To use Tatroid you must:

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Providing false qualifications, forged certificates or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters agree to:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions.
  • Use candidate information only for recruitment purposes.
  • Respect candidate privacy.
  • Comply with applicable employment laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Create fake accounts.
  • Impersonate another individual or company.
  • Upload illegal or misleading content.
  • Post fake jobs.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Upload malware or malicious code.
  • Collect user information without authorization.
  • Spam or harass other users.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the resumes, documents, company information, images and other content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Tatroid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process and use such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

8. AI Features

Tatroid may use Artificial Intelligence to provide:

  • Candidate Matching
  • Job Recommendations
  • Skill Recommendations
  • Search Optimization
  • Hiring Insights

AI-generated recommendations are informational only and should not be considered legal, hiring or career advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, graphics, designs, databases, logos, trademarks and Platform content are owned by or licensed to Softx24 Technologies and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of Tatroid is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
